Portfolio: Usability & User Experience

Canada Goose
MGImedia worked with Canada Goose, makers of the world's top extreme outerwear, to develop a long-term social media strategy to bring together its community online. Following the launch of an independent blog (which included MGImedia-produced video content) and branded social media infrastructure, MGImedia integrated all of these aspects into an entirely new web presence for Canada Goose, including development of a successful main site and satellite sites.
commandN.tv
The commandN.tv tech midcoast began in 2005 and has been featured in Wired Magazine, PC Mag, CBC-TV, G4TechTV, MuchMore Music, and elsewhere. As the show’s popularity has grown, so have the demands on the commandN.tv website. In early 2009, MGImedia did a full-scale redesign of the previous blog-based commandN site, incorporating community features such as Facebook Connect, with robust information on this successful show.
Dollar Curtains & Blinds
WIth over 300 staff and more than 35 outlets across five states, Dollar Curtains & Blinds is Australia's top window covering business. MGImedia handled all usability and user interface design tasks in the development of a cross-store plus mobile system to handle estimating, invoicing, database management, and more.
eMastercam
eMastercam is a source for information related to Mastercam CAD/CAM Software. MGImedia was contacted to develop and design their website and forum using a new software package called Invision Power Board ( IP.Board ).

Frank Ferragine AKA “Frankie Flowers” is arguably Canada’s most popular and trusted gardening authority and weatherman. He is known for a combination of practical advice with the spice of humour and a huge injection of passion for plants and everything gardening. MGImedia performed all web-related work on this project, from website development to logo design, branding and more.
